After a complimentary soil test and lawn analysis is performed, homeowners are provided with a report detailing our findings and the exact cost, based on square footage of the lawn, to implement TOTALOrganix on the property.
The cost of our TOTALOrganix program is $350 per year for lawns up to 3,000 sq. ft. in size. The cost for lawns bigger than 3,000 sq. ft. is $350 plus $100 for each 1000 sq. ft over 3,000sq. ft. For example, a 5,000 sq. ft lawn is $350 (for the first 3,000 sq. ft.) + $200 (for the additional 2,000 sq. ft) =$550 per year (+ tax)
After reviewing the soil test results, we will occasionally recommend treatments that are outside of what is covered in the TOTALOrganix program. For example, lawns with very low organic matter content (less than 5%) may benefit from an extra compost top dress application in addition to the 1/3 inch applied within the TOTALOrganix program. An extra 1/3 inch top dressing is $60 per 1000sq ft.
However, there are no surprises; the homeowner knows the full cost of the program before agreeing to begin.
Homeowners enrolled in the TOTALOrganix program receive a 25% discount on lawn mowing, fall leaf removal, spring/fall cleanups and other maintenance services.
Maintenance services are billed at $40 per hour plus materials.
